Linda Kay Cantrell, 77, Anderson, passed away February 9, 2016 at her residence after an extended illness with her daughter, Rhonda and son-in-law, Ramiro by her side.
She was born January 3 1939, in Noblesville, the daughter of the late Lawrence Albert and Annabell (Inman) Poer. On October 17, 1957 she married Noah Cantrell and he preceded her in death on December 12, 2014. She was a member of the T.O.P.S. Club and Weight Watchers. She worked at Brockway Glass, Kmart, JC Penney and the Posy Shop.
She is survived by her children, Ronald L. (Rhonda) Cantrell of Anderson, Jesse E. (Gloria Jean) Cantrell of Terre Haute, Sandra D. Railey of Oklahoma City, OK, Deborah A. (Joseph) Kaminski-Bustos of Carmel and Rhonda L (Ramiro) Ramirez of Anderson; 14 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and her beloved cat, Diamond.
Linda was also preceded in death by a grandson, Sean Noah; and sister, Delores Ferree.
Service will be at 12 noon Saturday at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory with Pastor Bob Bell officiating. Burial will be in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
