Linda Hester

– Linda Hester, 65, of Anderson, passed into the arms of Jesus, on September 29, 2016, at her home, with her family by her side, following an extended illness. She was born June 9, 1951, in Anderson, to the late Donald Ulery and JoAnn (McMahan) Funk. Linda always had a sincere love for her Lord and her family and she enjoyed fellowshipping with the Ironwood Bible Methodist Church and being a homemaker. She is survived by her children, Angela (Jimi) Pratcher, Daniel (Pam) Hester, Donita Hester and Kyla (Desmond) Hopgood; 16 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; a brother, Roy (Marie) Ulery; sisters, Donna Jones and Terri (Larry) Stevens. She was preceded in death by two great grandchildren, MiKyng Lantz and Kevin Lantz Jr. Services will be 2 pm Tuesday at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory, with Pastor Jason Lindahl officiating. Burial will follow at East Maplewood Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
