CHATTANOOGA-Larry Lee Crum, 73, formerly of Anderson, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 3rd in Chattanooga, TN. He was born on September 11, 1947 in Paintsville, Kentucky, to the late Lillian (Carmean) Crum and James L. Crum. Lee was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic church before moving to Chattanooga, TN. Lee was an avid hunter, fisherman and golfer and a veteran of the US Army. He loved Led Zeplin & The Rolling Stones. His gift of gab made him many friends. He was a talented engineer and savvy business man. He loved watching his grandkids play their sports. He especially loved to go to high school basketball games. He will be sorely missed by his wife, children, and grandchildren. He was the rock of his family and comforter to all. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Linda (Murphy) Crum; his three daughters, Jenny Lampke, Katherine McElhoe (Aaron), Mary Fuller (Marcus); and one son, Johnathon Crum; grandchildren, Emily (McElhoe) Vogt (Matthew), Taylor Faulds, Erin McElhoe (Austin Meyer), Olivia McElhoe, Cali Crum, Kaden Crum & Jax Crum; two brothers, Garry Crum (JoAnn) and Jack Crum (Diana). He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Jimmie Crum. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, at St. Ambrose Catholic Church with Monsignor Robert Sell III officiating. Burial will take place in Flat Gap, Kentucky. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. .
