L Irene Toots Husted

L. Irene "Toots" Husted, 88, Lapel, passed away Friday November 21, 2003, at Rawlins House in Pendleton following an extended illness. She was born on February 15, 1915, in Seymor, Indiana to John and Edna Bohall. She is survived by four children, William E. "Bill" (wife, Sue) Husted of Blackford, VA, Ronald K. Husted of Lapel, Judy Wolski of Indianapolis, and Debbie Brisseden; four sisters, Ruth Tuttle of Fortville, Ann Kendrix of Fortville, Jean Cross of Greenfield, and Sarilda Hooper of Chesterfield; fourteen grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death in 1983 by her husband, Edward E. "Snake" Husted.
Services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday at Ford Street United Methodist Church in Lapel with Rev. Mark Helm officiating. Burial will be at the Brookside Cemetery in Lapel.
