Kim E. Dent

Kim E. Dent, 42, Cicero, passed away Friday, February 8, 2008, at Indiana University Hospital in Indianapolis following an extended illness.
She was born on July 23, 1965, in Tipton, Indiana to Frederick and Martha (Smeltzer) Knapp.
She graduated from Noblesville High School in 1983 and received a bachelors degree in fashion merchandising from Ball State University in 1987.
Kim had been employed for 8 years at RCI and was currently employed by Komputrol in Daleville.
She was a member of the Arcadia Church of the Brethren
She is survived by her husband, Bob Dent; her parents, Fred and Martha (Smeltzer) Knapp of Arcadia; one brother, Jeff (wife, Tracy) Knapp of Lewisville, TX; two sisters, Lisa (husband, Hoss) Southard of Tipton, and Connie (husband, Chuck) Hands of Noblesville; ten nieces and nephews, Julie and Ben Knapp, Tanya, Jake, and Samantha Southard, Brandon and Olivia McJunkin, Courtney, Chris, and Sara Jeffries.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Monday at Arcadia Church of the Brethren, 8989 East 266th Street, Arcadia with Pastor Mark Knapp officiating, will follow in , .
Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm Sunday at the church.
