Kevin Eugene Short, 51, Anderson, passed away Saturday, December 1, 2018, at Community Hospital of Anderson.He was born on August 24, 1967, in Anderson to Denny and Rena (Retherford) Short.Kevin was graduated from Anderson High School.He had worked for many years as a photographer at Walmart and other portrait studios.Kevin enjoyed singing Karaoke was active in Main Stage TheaterHe is survived by his wife, Anna (Beckett); two children, Aleia and Josiah Short; his mother, Rena Short; two brothers, Chad (Jennifer) Short and Toby Short (Kayla Sizelove); and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, several friends; and his dog Wimpy.Kevin was preceded in death by his father.A funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM on Thursday, December 6, 2018, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel, with the Rev. Edgar M. Woodall officiating.
