Judith Ann Smith, 64, Pendleton, passed away February 14, 2018, at St. Vincent’s Anderson Regional Hospital. Judy was born July 18, 1953, in Muncie, the daughter of the late Walter Robert and Virginia Madeline (Jordan) Reed. Judy retired in 2005 after 28 years as a computer processor for the Lawyers Title Company and was a member of Southern Heights Christian Church and Bethany Christian Church. Judy is survived by her daughters, Rebecca (Brock) Findlay of Anderson and Beth (Shaun) Williams of Markleville; grandchildren, Eliza, Hunter, Harper and Harrison Findlay, Ella and Eastyn Williams; one sister, Patricia (Paul) Bucher of Pendleton and several Nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary L. Smith in 2011. Judy’s generosity was felt by all, her greatest joy was spending time with her family, attending her grandchildren’s sporting events and traveling to the beach. Services will be at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory with Kent Stookey and Tyson Priest officiating. Burial will be in Anderson Memorial Park. Friends may call from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00P.M. on Tuesday at the funeral home. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery, 6805 Dr. MLK Jr Blvd, Anderson, IN 46013 to help with a memorial marker for Gary & Judith.
