Joseph “Levi” Maxwell

Joseph “Levi” Maxwell, 34 of Pendleton, passed away on September 7, 2021 at his residence. He was born on February 5, 1987 in Anderson to Daphne (Pugh) and Larry Maxwell. Levi attended Pendleton Heights High School. He was employed at Wendy’s in Pendleton where he enjoyed working with his co-workers. He was a talented guitar player and enjoyed playing video games with family and dear friends, Jaybo, Toni and Nate. His other past times were football and NASCAR. Levi is survived by his mother, Daphne (Pugh) Maxwell; sister, Tara Maxwell; beloved son, Oliver Maxwell; nephew, Tracy Price III; Neice, Tonna Price; cousins, Jason, Jayma, Dustin, Jessica, Kylie, Andrew, Christina, Elizabeth, Josh, Jessica, Casey and Karrisa. A Celebration of Life Gathering will take place on Sunday, September 19, 2021 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory, 515 E. 53rd St., Anderson, IN 46013.
