John L. Boeche

John L. Boeche, 64, Lapel, passed away Thursday, January 28, 2016, at Saint Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital following a brief illness.

He was born on July 10, 1951, in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Leonard and Erna (Henriksen) Boeche.

John was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force as well as the U. S. Army. He had owned and operated the Riverbend Campground in Noblesville with his wife for 23 years.

He was a member of the Lapel American Legion Post 212.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Linda (Wilsen) Boeche; three children, Jason (wife, Tracy) Boeche of Acworth, GA, Jeremy (wife, Kellee) Boeche of Noblesville, and Jenay (husband, Steve) Burck of Noblesville; nine grandchildren, Katelyn, Jarrett, Stephanie, T. J., David, Andrew, Nathaniel, Lillian, and Hannah; and two sisters, Patricia (husband, Rich) LeRoux of Marine, MN, and Mary (husband, David) Richter of Frederic, WI.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Richard Boeche.

There will be no visitation or service. Private committal will take place at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
