Joann Montgomery

JoAnn Montgomery, 85, of Anderson, passed away Feb. 2, 2016, at Countryside Healthy Living Community.

She was born Sept. 11, 1930 in Anderson, the daughter of the late William and Edna (Moppin) Stephenson. She was a lifelong Anderson resident and was a homemaker.

She is survived by her children, Pam (John) Brajcki of Portage and Sam Montgomery of Anderson; 16 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; sister, Jacqueline (Jim) Thorp; brothers, Jack (Katherine) Stephenson and Fred (Marsha) Stephenson; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband. E. Denis Montgomery; daughter, Kay Bobo; son, Paul Montgomery; and a brother, Buck Stephenson.

Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service
