Jessica M. Slayton

Jessica M. Slayton, 42, Anderson formerly of Lapel, passed away Saturday, January 26, 2019, at her residence in Anderson following a brief illness.
She was born May 8, 1976, in Noblesville, Indiana to Jimmy "Odie" Lynn and Rosalind (Green) Lynn.
Jessica attended Lapel Elementary School, and graduated from Madison Heights High School.
She was a homemaker and previously worked at Conseco, in Indianapolis.
She is survived by her son Tyler Jordan, Fiance Kyle Jordan, mother Rosalind (Fiance' Randy Cleary) Lynn ,brother Jimmy (Amanda) Lynn, sister, Jasmine (Jason) Hamilton, special family Jim and Linda Jordan, She is also survived by her step brothers and sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, including Kiliegh, Ashley, Kyler, Kynzee and Gaige.
Jessica was preceded in death by her father and her grandparents including Hib and Ethel Green.
A Funeral Service will be held at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, January 29, 2019, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel, Indiana.
Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Tuesday, January 29, 2019, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel, Indiana.
Cremation will follow.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family through the funeral home.
