Jeannie Carolina

Jeannie (Mester) Carolina, 57, passed away on August 12, 2022, in Indianapolis.
She was born December 3, 1964, in Flushing, New York to Arthur and Carol (Taylor) Mester.
She was a graduate of West Essex High School in New Jersey. She graduated with an associated degree from Bloomfield College in New Jersey.
She was an accountant for Thieneman Construction. She enjoyed antiquing, painting, crocheting, and knitting. Jeannie was very artistic.
Jeannie is survived by her husband, Abdo Albawari; her son, Jaime (Jessica) Carolina of Aurora, Colorado, her daughter, Jessica Carolina of Indianapolis; a stepdaughter, Anna Berger of Anderson; a stepson, Aubrey Berger of Anderson; a sister, Debbie Mester of Sarasota, Florida; and a grandchild, Jordan Carolina.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Timothy Berger; and her parents.
Cremation will take place.
Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the American Cancer Society.
Hersberger-Bozell Funeral Home in Lapel, Indiana has been entrusted with Jeannie's care.
