Jason Alan Gore

Jason Alan Gore, 34, Lapel, passed away Monday, January 4, 2016, at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis.

He was born on October 3, 1981, in Anderson, Indiana to David and Donna K. (Carter) Gore.

He graduated from Lapel High School in 2001.

Jason loved spending all available time with his daughter Laylah. He also enjoyed volunteering at Lapel Optimist Club referring Pee Wee Football games.

He is survived by his father, David Gore of Lapel; a sister, Heather (husband, Rusty) Dollar of Lapel; daughter, Laylah Gore of Lapel; two nephews, Mason Whetsel, and Tyler Dollar both of Lapel; grandfather Logan Carter of Sheridan.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 8, 2016, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel, nurial will follow in Brookside Cemetery, Lapel.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 8, 2016, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel.
