Janice K. Carroll

Janice K. Carroll, 80, of Anderson, passed away March 12, 2018. She was born on September 9, 1937 in Anderson to the late Ralph and Dorothy (Barkalow) Morgan. She graduated from Anderson High School in 1955 and had worked for Johnson & Johnson. Janice is survived by her husband, E. Lee Carroll of Anderson; three sons, Dennis (Becky) Smith of Greenville, N.C. Michael (Gina) Smith of Dunedin, FL; Randall (Teri) Smith of Palm Harbor, FL; step children, Mitch (Paula) Carroll of Anderson, Marta (Steve) Holcomb of Anderson, Melissa (Andy) Abshire of Anderson; sister, Joyce Lemperuer (Ed) Davis of Anderson; several grandchildren and step grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and former husband, Harry Chappell. Services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service and Crematory with Rev. Kal Rissman officiating. Burial will be in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 12:00-2:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
