Janet Sue Lipp, 77, Charlottesville, passed away October 16, 2023 in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was born to Chester and Pauline (White) Gates on October 31, 1945 in Frankfort, Indiana. Janet enjoyed painting both pictures and birdhouses. She was an avid collector of Santa Claus figurines, so much so that she attended classes on how to make the figurines. She also loved to provide delicious meals and sweet baked goods for her family and friends.
