James Forest Caudell

James Forest Caudell, 89, of Pendleton, Indiana, passed away March 19, 2023, at Ascension St. Vincent, Anderson in following a brief illness.

He was born on January 28, 1934, in Fortville, Indiana, to James S. and Wilhelmina (Bailey) Caudell.

He retired from Goeke Chrysler after more than 30 years as an auto body service repair technician. He loved fishing, car racing and model airplanes. He enjoyed spending time with his family.

James is survived by his wife, Marilyn (Haskell) Caudell; three children, Jodi (Donald) Clark of Morristown, James A. Caudell of Pendleton and Marci Caudell of Fishers;eight grandchildren, Zac, Whitney, Alaina, Samuel, Daniel, Matthew, Aaron and Juno; seven great-grandchildren; two sisters, Judy Houts and JoAnn Pruitt; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by parents and a sister, Janet Alexander.

Private visitation and services were held.
