James Edward Barnes, Sr.

James E. Barnes, Sr., 54, Anderson, passed away Thursday, October 29, 2009, at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis following an extended illness.
He was born on January 13, 1955, in Anderson, Indiana to Billy and Marietta Barnes.
Jim is survived by his four sons, James Christopher Barnes, Jr. (fiance, Stephanie Goddard) of Anderson, Billy Gerber of Noblesville, Larry Barnes of Sunbright, TN, and Chris Haines of Anderson; one granddaughter, Madalynn; and close friend, Missy Goddard of Anderson.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Stephanie (Wire) Barnes.
A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 noon Monday, November 2, 2009, at Trinity United Methodist Church in Lapel with Pastor Doug Barton officiating.
