Ila Mae Clinton

Ila Mae Clinton, 102, Lapel, passed away Monday September 19, 2005, at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville following an extended illness.
She was born on May 20, 1903, in Celina, Tennessee to Lindsey and Tinsy West. She is survived by four children, Alyne Mendenhall of Orlando, FL, Dodie (husband, Milt) Pennington of Celina, TN, Robert (wife, Betty) Clinton of Cookville, TN, and Ray Clinton of Cincinnati, OH; 18 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren, and special caregiver, Denise Wilkinson of Lapel . She was preceded in death by her husband Fowler Clinton; and 3 children, Edwin Clinton, Frankie Boles, and Nell Clinton. Services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel with Rev. Chris Lee officiating. Burial will be at the Brookside Cemetery in Lapel. Friends may call from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday at the Scott E.
