Helen M. Reish, 91, of Anderson passed away, June 6, 2019 at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital. Helen was born October 27, 1927, in Indianapolis, the daughter of the late Burley and Dottie Parham. Helen’s life was characterized by her devotion to her Savior, her family and her community. She was a wife to her husband, Wayne for 70 years, a mother to her two daughters, an active member of the Wesley Free Methodist Church, especially the foreign mission program of the church, and for over thirty years she ministered to the community by teaching in several of the Anderson Community Schools. She is survived by her husband, Wayne Reish; daughters, Becky (Kevin) Zirkle and Sarah (SeJin) Koh; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and a brother, James (Virginia) Parham. She was preceded in death by her parents. Services will be 2 p.m., Tuesday, at the Wesley Free Methodist Church, 3017 West 8th St. Anderson, with Dr. John Lane and Pastor Blake Chenoweth officiating. Burial will follow at East Maplewood Cemetery. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the missions program at Wesley Free Methodist Church.
