Helen E. Heck

Helen E. (Gwinn) Heck went to be with the Lord on December 2, 2016. She passed after a long battle with Alzheimer’s at the age of 83. Helen is the last to pass away of her twelve siblings born to Joseph and Verna Gwinn in Indianapolis, IN. Helen lived a fantastic life and was surrounded by many wonderful family members and treasured friends. Helen was married to Jack A. Heck who died on December 2, 2010 only 5 months before their 60th Anniversary. Her passions in life were family, friends, gardening and playing volleyball. Helen is survived by her 3 children, Gail (David) McConnell, Dennis (Lisa) Heck, John Heck (Gina Allred), 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband Jack, son Jack Jr. and great granddaughter Daisy.Memorial visitation will be held Sunday, December 4, 2016 at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory, Lahm Chapel, 211 East State St., Pendleton, Indiana 46064 from 2 to 6 p.m. with a service at 4 p.m.
