Hazel L. McClintick, 92, Brookfield, WI, former Indianapolis resident, passed away Friday, May 30, 2008, at Clare Bridge of Brookfield in Brookfield following an extended illness.
She was born on February 22, 1916, in Athens, Georgia to James and Mary (Dacus) Lloyd.
Hazel retired from the Probation and Parole Department for the State of Kentucky after 15 years of employment.
She was a member of Abundant Harvest United Methodist in Indianapolis
She is survived by two children, Malcolm (wife, Jeanette) McClintick of Indianapolis and Janet Roberts of Brookfield, WI; two sisters, Martha Whitman of Signal Mountain, TN and Nelle Stanton of Oakton, VA; two grandchildren, David (wife, Louise) Roberts of Brookfield, WI, and Stephanie (husband, Brian) Foley of Pewaukee, WI; and two great-grandchildren, Madeline Rose and Katherine Hazel Foley.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Keith Blaine McClintick; two brothers; and one sister.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Monday at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery, Lapel.
Visitation will be from 9:00 am to 11:00 am Monday at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel.
