Harry Conrad Kaiser, Jr., 80, Noblesville, passed away Sunday January 11, 2004, at Riverview Hospital following a brief illness.
He was born on August 28, 1923, in Cicero, Indiana to Harry and Edith (Kepner) Kaiser, Sr. He was a farmer most of his life and he retired from Brockway Glass in Lapel after seventeen years of employment. After retiring, he went to work for veterinarian Fred Benker where he continued until his 80th year and where he was able to continue his love of horses. He served as trustee of Wayne Township in Hamilton County for 12 years. He is survived by wife of 60 years, Betty (Davis) Kaiser; three daughters, Connie (husband, Ronnie) Wyant of Lapel, Mickey (husband, Steve) Lowe of Anderson, and Susan (husband, Dan) Krotz of Berryville, AK; one sister, Jane Owens of Noblesville; six grandchildren, Tammy and Scott Hersberger, Jim and Jacquie Wyant, Bill and Laura McGuire, Jennifer Lowe, Stephanie Lowe, and Mary Krotz; and six great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday at Bethel Lutheran Church in Noblesville with Pastor Doug Gast and Dr. James Fleck officiating. Burial will be at the Zimmer Cemetery in Noblesville. Friends may call from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday at the Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel.
