Gracie Ann Bus Beaver, 87, Noblesville, passed away Sunday, May 13, 2007, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis following a sudden illness.
She was born on April 17, 1920, in Noblesville to Clarence Eugene and Clara E. (Johnson) Ogle.
She graduated from Noblesville High School in 1938 and was a member of the Prairie Baptist Church in Noblesville.
Gracie had been employed by the Noblesville Walmart for many years.
She is survived by three children, Robert Merrill (wife, Amalia) Beaver, Jr. of Warner Robins, GA, Marcus Eugene (wife, Sandra Jane) Beaver of West Point, TN, and Ann Beaver of Noblesville; three granddaughters, Leonor Ann Sweeney, Amy Lynn Himes, and Savannah Faye Beaver; three great-grandchildren Amalia Michelle (Shelley) Sweeney, Bryant Christopher Sweeney, and Toby R. Himes; one sister, Sarah "Frankie" Leach of Noblesville; and one brother, William Orville "Billy" Ogle of Indianapolis.
She was preceded in death by, her parents; her husband of 48 years, Robert Merrill Beaver, Sr.; and one son, Gene Beaver.
Funeral service will be held at 10:30 am Thursday at Prairie Bapist Church in Noblesville with Rev. Bob Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Crownland Cemetery, Noblesville.
Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Wednesday at Prairie Baptist Church, 14790 East 206th Street, Noblesville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Missionaries supported by Prairie Baptist Church.
