Glen Bair

Glen Bair, 65, passed away Sunday, January 2, 2022, at his sister's residence in Anderson following a life well lived.He was born January 25, 1956, in Richmond, Kentucky to Dewey Bair and Modena (Richardson) Whittaker.Glen graduated from Anderson High School in 1974. He also graduated with a college degree in Computer Science.He retired in 2016 from Reebok/Adidas in Indianapolis. He was previously employed by Rotary Lift in Madison, Indiana.After Glens debilitating accident in 1977, he devoted his life to making sure he made it back to his family to live a life that supported them and his community. Glen was involved with the local Optimist Club, as well as the Elks and always made time for his family, no matter their needs or events.He is survived by his son Mathew (Brooke) Bair of Lapel; grandchildren, Landon, Isaac, and Hogan Bair of Lapel; siblings, Connie Hall, Becky Reding, Roy Dawes, Candy Bair, Lannie Bair, and Elizabeth Bair. He is also survived by his stepmother, Lannie D. Bair, special friends, Debbie (Kevin) Moore; and many nieces, nephews and cousins to whom he was very close.Glen was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Dewey Bair, Eddie Bair, Dirk Bair, John Worsham, and Richard Worsham.A Celebration of life will be held from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on January 16, 2022 at Ford St. United Methodist Church in Lapel.Memorial contributions may be made to Anderson University Baseball, 1100 E. 5th St. Anderson, IN 46012.Online condolences: www.hersbergerbozell.com
