ANDERSON- Georgia Ann (Wills) Hoopingarner, 79, of Pendleton, passed away on February 20, 2017 at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital. She was born on August 23, 1937 in New Castle to the late Harold and Emma (Padgett) Wills. Georgia was employed as a cafeteria worker at Valley Grove School. She also worked as secretary at Central Christian Church, Aspire of Anderson, and E. 91st Street Christian Church. She was a member, and involved in the Women’s group at Bethany Christian Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and friends. She is survived by her husband, Glen Hoopingarner of Pendleton; children, Alan (Karen) Hoopingarner of Anderson, Tina (Gerald) Moore of Pendleton; grandchildren, Leslie (Brad) Skaggs, Lindsey (Brian) Burris, Ryan (Samantha) Hoopingarner, Courtney (Scott) Collum, Sara (Victoria) Moore, Dustin (Lindsey) Moore, Emily (Trent) Moore; great grandchildren, Kadence, Drew, Kage, Kaylynn, Lillith, Annalee, Noah, Myles, Gwendolyn, Carter, and many special friends. Services will be 10 a.m. Friday, at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory with Bob Bell officiating. Cremation will take place. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
