Ginger Norman, 72, passed away May 2, 2015, at Community Northview, following an extended illness.
She was born October 19, 1942, in Morehead, KY, the daughter of Allen Hyden and Melva Kissick Hyden. Ginger had worked part-time at Patchwork Place and the Glitz in Anderson. In addition to living in Anderson, she also lived in Marco Island, Fl and Naples, Fl.
Ginger is survived by her husband of 54 years, Winford V. Norman; a son Tod Norman; grandsons, Tyler and Trent Norman; a daughter-in-law, Debbie Norman; brother, Dan (Ann) Hyden; sister, Jean (Emory) Sheffield; special niece, Jenny Lee, and several other nieces and nephews, in addition to many friends.
She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, Tim Norman and sister, Barbara Jones.
Special thanks to everyone at Community Northview and Southern Care Hospice for their care and kindness.
At the request of Ginger, she will be cremated and there will be no services at this time. She wanted all of her friends and relatives to have a good thought about her and enjoy a drink of their choice.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
