Gary Howard Foust

Gary Howard Foust, 59, Vincennes, passed away at 6:15 am Monday, March 1, 2016, at the New Willow Manor in Vincennes.

He was born on November 13, 1956, in Noblesville, Indiana to Robert and Shirley (Reed) Foust.

He graduated from Lapel High School in 1977.

Gary loved fishing and camping, assembling model cars, drawing, and playing bingo. He was an avid knife collector.

He is survived by a sister, Laura (Foust) Bandy of Mount Vernon; two brothers, John Foust and Kevin Foust of Lapel; nieces, Jenny Foust, Shandell Foust, Ashley Foust, and Jayden Foust; nephews, Kevin Thompson, Josh Foust, Cory Foust, and River Foust; five great-nephews; two uncles; one aunt; several cousins; special friend and cousin, Paula Boggs; special friend, Jody "Care Bear" Russell; and other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents; sister-in-law; an aunt; and a cousin.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, March 12, 2016, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel with Bruce Reed officiating. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery, Lapel.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Saturday, March 12, 2016, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel.
