G. Grant Lierman

G. Grant Lierman, of Anderson, left this life on October 5, 2019. Grant was an answer to our family prayers. He graduated from Anderson High School in 2011, and attended Harrison College. Grant served his country in the United States Army. He received an Honorable Medical Discharge due to a hand injury in March, 2019. Grant volunteered at the Anderson Humane Society. He loved animals and enjoyed traveling, the outdoors, cooking, and making concoctions. He is survived by his parents, Gary and Vicki (Lanane) Lierman of Anderson; aunts and uncles, Paul (Lori) Lierman, Bob (Jennie) Lanane, Joyce (Bill) Finney, Linda Banter, Cindy Lanane and Priscilla Lynch; many beloved cousins; Godparents, Tim Lanane and Linda Banter, and his special four-legged friends, Bloo, Lily, and L.C. Grant is preceded in death by his grandparents, Oscar and Julia Lierman, Robert and Beverly R. Lanane, and uncle, Breece Banter. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday at 2:00pm at St. Ambrose Catholic Church with Monsignor Robert Sell III officiating. The family has requested no flowers.
