Frankfort “Frank” B. Hogue, 91, of Anderson, passed away on September 2, 2019 at his residence. He was born on May 16, 1928 in Lawrence County, Tennessee to the late Wesley and Etta Hogue. Frank retired from Nicholson File after 22 years of service. He also worked as a custodian at South Meridian Church of God. Frank enjoyed spending his time at Dry Dock Campground on Lake Salamonie. He is survived by his son, Frank Hogue; step-children, Patsy (James) Gibson, Joyce (Randy) Weidner, Carol Stern, Linda (Dan) Eastman; daughter in-law, Debbie Taylor; grandchildren, Amber (Jeff) Moore, Michael (Phaedra) Gibson, Brian (Kari) Gibson, Benjamin (Amber) Gibson, Mary (Justin) Adams, Kristina Weidner, Dax (friend, Robin Blake) Harmon, Angela (Terry) McConnell, Shawn (Joani) Eastman, Brandy (friend, Ray Waymire) Eastman; 15 great grandchildren; siblings, Becky Smith, Carson Hogue, Willard Hogue, Buel Hogue; several nieces and nephews, and many special friends. Frank was preceded in death by his wife, Johnnie Marie Hogue; grandson, Rusty Hogue; step son, Danny Taylor, and siblings Buford Hogue, Willis Hogue, Reba Boswell. Services will be on Thursday at 2:00 pm at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory, 515 E. 53rd St., Anderson, IN 46013 with Rev. Dale Landis officiating. Burial will be at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00 to 2:00 pm on Thursday at the funeral home.
