Frank Thomas Young

Frank Thomas Young, 62, Pendleton, passed away Sunday, March 3, 2013, at Community Hospital of Anderson following an extended illness. He was born on December 19, 1950, in Anderson, Indiana to Harry and Burnha (Dowden) Young. He graduated from Pendleton High School in 1969. Frank was a contract truck driver. He is survived by his mother, Burnha D. Young of Alexandria; one brother, Darrell (wife, Faun) Young of Anderson; ond sister, Judi Turpen of Anderson; two step-children, Melody Cook and Crystal Cook; and a close friend, Linda Cook. He was preceded in death by his father. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm, March 7, 2013, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel with Pastor Gary McCaslin officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel. Memorial contributions may be made to Friends for PAWS, P. O. Box 336, Pendleton, Indiana 46064.
