Flossie Muril Moore

Flossie M. Moore, 93, Fishersburg, passed away Monday, March 10, 2014, at Harbour Manor Health and Living Community in Noblesville following a brief illness. She was born on December 6, 1920, in Muncie, Indiana to Edward and Elizabeth (Starkey) Giddings. She is survived by four children, Sharon Smith of Gilmer, TX, Libby Foiles of Lapel, Herb Moore of Great Mills, MD, and Eddie ( wife, Becky) Moore of Cicero; ten grandchildren, Vickie (husband, Brian) Miller, Tina Perkins, Laurie (husband, Aaron) Riffey, Sherry Beal, Donna (husband, Jim) Smith, Lee Harney, Heather (husband, Brad) Smith, Amy (husband, Brian) Lonkert, Chris (wife, Kira) Moore, and Megan Stevens; and twenty-two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 38 years, Herbert Moore; one brother, Cecil Giddings; and one sister, Opal Crowder. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 am Thursday, March 13, 2014, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel with Aaron Riffey officiating. Burial will follow in Crownland Cemetery, Noblesville. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Wednesday, March 12, 2014, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel.
