Florence W. Housholder, 93, of Anderson, went to be with her Lord and Savior on October 3, 2018 at Crown Pointe. She was born August 2, 1925, in New Brighton, PA, the daughter of Edward E. and Laura V. (Scott) Baker. Florence married James V. Housholder on September 26, 1946 and together they raised their family to love the Lord. She was licensed as an RN for 15 years. She was a member of Madison Park Church of God. She is survived by her children, Marsha (Richard) Keber of Monaca, PA, Donald (Glenda) Housholder of Anderson, Judith (Ken) Faulkner of Jamestown, ND and Janice (Charlie) Wagner of Santa Fe, NM; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and several step-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jim; great-grandchild, Benjie Housholder; sister, Helen Baker; and brother, Robert Baker. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory with Rev. Bill Fulda officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. Tuesday with a Nursing Honor Guard service at the conclusion of visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to the Benjie Fund at Community Hospital Anderson Foundation, 1515 N. Madison Ave, Anderson, IN 46011.
