Flora Belle “Flo” Smock

Flora B. “Flo” Smock, 74, of Anderson, passed away March 6, 2018, at Providence Nursing Home. Flo was born Oct, 15, 1943, in Anderson, to the late Jessie and Elizabeth Smock and was a lifelong Anderson resident and a homemaker. She is survived by her son, Kevin Creek; granddaughters, Krystal Creek, Ashley Creek, Alexis Creek; great-grandchildren, Mannie Creek, Riley Creek, Nami Story, Andrew Heck, Ashton Heck, and Jack Heck; sisters and brothers, Sondra Fox, Kay Downs, Edmund Smock, Doris Whitehurst, Anita Bell, and Boyd “Junior” Duncan; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Edward Smock. Funeral Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory, 515 East 53rd St. Anderson, 46013, with Chaplin Robert G. Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service.
