Eva Mae Reeves, 84, of Shirley passed away Wednesday afternoon on her birthday, at her residence with her family by her side. She was born March 11, 1936, in Shirley, IN.to the late Woodrow and Margaret (Palmer) Howe. She married the love of her life Forest on February 17, 1956 and spent 64 wonderful years together. Eva was a homemaker, mom, wife and had worked at Fort Harrison for several years. She loved taking care of her family, playing games, taking bus tours and working puzzles. She was a member of the Shirley Christian Church. She is survived by her husband, Forest “Bud” Reeves; daughter, Dee (Bob) Lowe of Shirley; sons; Mike (Darlene) Reeves of Greenfield and Mark (Tina) Reeves of Markleville; six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; stepmother; Velma Howe, brothers; Bob and Dale Howe, and stepbrother; Timmy Howe. Services will be Saturday, March 14,2020 at 11:00 am at Condo and St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory in Wilkinson with Kevin Powell officiating. Burial will follow at Mc Cray Cemetery in Wilkinson. Friends may call at the funeral home Friday evening form 4-8
