Eulalia Jean Mccune

Eulalia “Jean” McCune, 86, of Anderson, passed Thursday, August 8, 2019, following an extended illness. She was born May 29, 1933 in Anderson, the daughter of Earl Otis and Edna Pearl (Walter) Weedman and lived here her entire life. She graduated from Anderson High School. She worked as a seamstress at Towne Shoppe in Anderson, retiring in 1995. Jean is survived by her sons, Rick (Sue) McCune, of Hendersonville, NC, Ronald (Sherry) McCune, of Anderson and Randy (Cathy) McCune of Anderson; brother Dwight Weedman of Chesterfield; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence McCune; and brother, Leon Weedman. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon Monday at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory. Burial will follow at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
