Elizabeth E. Wehrley

Elizabeth E. Wehrley, 93, of Anderson, passed away June 2, 2020. She was born April 13, 1927, to the late Donald and Letha Lantz and was a lifelong Anderson resident. Elizabeth’s life was focused on taking care of her family and her commitment to her church where she was the organist for many years. She volunteered at St. Vincent Hospital and for the Victoria Guild. She is survived by her sons and daughters, Donald (Kathy) Wehrley, Robert Wehrley, Ellen Earlywine, Cathy Wehrley Wiggins and Barbara (Terry) Sexton; 9 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and one great great granddaughter. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Wehrley in 1989; son, David Wehrley; grandson, Matthew Wehrley; great granddaughter, Kelsey Norris; and a brother and sister. Services for Mrs. Wehrley will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary Church or to St. Vincent Hospice.
