Elijah Thompson

Elijah River Thompson, 19, passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2022.

He was born March 3, 2003, in Anderson. He graduated from The Crossing-Anderson Campus. He was an accomplished wrestler.

Eli was the most generous, charismatic, hardworking, and beautiful soul. He would give anything to anyone in need and graciously gave his time to assist family and friends with any task at hand. Eli was creative and loved working with his hands. He had an adventurous spirit and would take time to enjoy the outdoors, camping, fishing, and hunting.

Eli is survived by his parents, Jeremy Thompson, Jennifer & Shiloh Hall; brother, Zebediah Thompson; grandparents, Charles & Wanda Thompson, Dan & Kay Wehner,  Stephanie & Scott Mueller; great grandmother, Frances Zerkle; aunts & uncles, Charlie & Susan Thompson, Sean Wehner, Mehgan & Kevin Baird; several cousins, Connor & Brooke, Nick, Jacob, Logen, Kaitlyn, Kaiden, Zakrey, Draykon, Bentley, Betsy, & Sawyer.

Services will be at 2 pm Sunday, at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory, where everyone can celebrate his dedicated, enthusiastic, and courageous spirit.

Visitation will be from noon until the time of services at the funeral home.
