Eli Michael Lewis passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2016.

Eli is survived by his parents, Kimberly Hutchison & Donald E. Lewis; siblings, Chloe Hutchison, Mylie Lewis, Jerica Lewis, Donald Lewis, & Owen Lewis; grandparents, Donald & Tammy Lewis, and Michael & Cathy Leisure; great-grandmother, Maxine Lewis; aunts & uncles, Ashlee & Tim Snead, and Matthew & Shar Leisure; and special cousins, Sophie-Harper Leisure & Abel Snead.

Services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, July 11, at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory with Pastor Paul Werling officiating. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery.

Visitation will be from noon until time of services at the funeral home.

The family would like to thank the staff in the Maternity Ward at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital, for their special care.
