Dustin N. Billings

Dustin N. Billings, 27, of Anderson died March 22, 2016, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.

He was born December 23, 1988, in Anderson and lived in the area his entire life. He served in the Indiana Army National Guard.

Dustin is survived by his daughter, Cassie-Kay Billings of Muncie; mother, Mary (Byron) Randol of Anderson; father, Brent Billings of Anderson; step-father, Todd Turpin of Anderson; siblings, Stevi (fianc, Ely Briar) Turpin of New Castle, Devon Turpin of Anderson and Carman Gilbert of Anderson; special aunt, Becky Spradlin of Arizona; aunt, Julie (Lou) Feagans of Indianapolis; uncles, Brad (Dee) Fisher of Arizona and Brett Billings of Anderson; grandmother, Candy Moberly of Anderson; grandparents, Andrew and Julene Billings of Anderson; step-sisters Taylor Randol and Regan Randol of Anderson; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Dennis Spradlin; and his grandmother, Marcia Spradlin.

Services will be 3p.m., Monday, at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory with military honors conducted by VFW Post #266. Cremation will follow.

Visitation will be from 1-3pm Monday, at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with final expenses.
