Doris A. Brunner

Doris A. (Pierce) Brunner, 76, Ingalls, passed away November 4, 2014, at Bethany Pointe Health Campus after an extended illness.

She was born July 22, 1938, in Burkesville, KY, the daughter of the late Herschel and Ella Mae (Graham) Pierce. She was a homemaker and at one time worked at RCA. Doris was a loving wife of 54 years and mother; she was a member of the Apostolic Pentecostal Church of Greenfield and will be sadly missed by all.

She is survived by her three children, Mark (Abbie) Brunner, David (Melanie) Brunner and Robin (James) Barker. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren; she was very blessed to have her lifelong friends, Jack and Janice Orr and a special friend, Mac Tolliver.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Jack W. Brunner; a sister and brother, Gladys Brewer and Charles Pierce; a grandson and great granddaughter, Joseph Brunner and Zenobia Barker.

Service will be at 12:00 Noon Saturday at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory with Pastor Joe Riggs officiating. Burial will be at Gravel Lawn Cemetery in Fortville.

Friends may call from 10:00 A.M. to Noon at the funeral home.
