Donna K. Gore

Donna K. Gore, 54, Lapel, passed away Friday, April 4, 2014, at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville following a brief illness. She was born on June 23, 1959, in Noblesville, Indiana to Logan and Zola (Oody) Carter. She graduated from Noblesville High School in 1977. She is survived by her husband of 35 years, David Gore; three children, Michael Carter of Fairmont, Jason Gore of Lapel, and Heather (husband, Rusty) Dollar of Lapel; three grandchildren, Mason, Tyler, and Laylah; her father, Logan Carter of Sheridan; one sister, Patricia (husband, Terry) Neptune of Anderson; a brother, Jamie Carter of Atlanta; one step-sister, Tammy Reed of Noblesville; and a step-brother, Russell Reed of Elwood. She was preceded in death by her mother. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday, April 9, 2014, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel with Mr. Roy Meredith officiating. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery, Lapel. Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Wednesday, April 9, 2014, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel.
