Donald Louis Kriner, age 74, of Anderson, passed away Monday, August 8, 2016 at the Rawlins House in Pendleton after a brief illness.
He was born on April 27, 1942 in Indianapolis to the late Joseph and Thelma (Hollcraft) Kriner and has lived in Anderson since 1980.
Don retired from Eli Lilly in 2002 where he was a pharmaceutical sales representative for 32 years.
He was a faithful and long time member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Mary Sue Kriner of Anderson; his son, Kevin (Daniella) Kriner of Burlingame, CA; his daughter, Michele (Jeff) Kriner of South Bend, IN; two grandsons, Jack Kriner and Will Kriner both of Burlingame, CA; two sisters, Rosemary Kriner of Indianapolis and Maryann Kriner of Indianapolis; sister-in-law, Sally Kriner of Indianapolis; two nephews, Joe Kriner and Scott Kriner and a niece, Diane Linkenberg.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Thelma Kriner; brother, Robert Kriner and aunt, Nellie Hollcraft.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary Catholic Church with Fr. Daniel Shine officiating.
Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Friday at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Haiti Medical Mission, 3718 Timberview Ct. Anderson, IN 46011.
