Dennis E. Kinnaman

Dennis E. Kinnaman, 61, Anderson, passed away Wednesday, March 5, 2008, at Indiana University Hospital in Indianapolis following a brief illness.
He was born on February 13, 1947, in Anderson, Indiana to Howard and Thelma (Jackson) Kinnaman.
He graduated from Lapel High School in 1965. He was a U. S. Marine Corps veteran.
Dennis retired in 2007 from Delphi E after 41 years of employment.
He was a member of the Greenbriar Community Church where he served as an elder.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra (Laycock) Kinnaman; four children, April (husband, Rodney) Lopez of Anderson, Aaron (wife, Chrissy) Kinnaman of Anderson, Adam (wife, Amye) Kinnaman of Knoxville, TN, Asher Kinnaman (companion, Whitney Smith) of Fishers; four grandchildren, Zachary Sylvester, Campbell Kinnaman, Savannah Lopez, and Cecilia Lopez; two sisters, Karen Tacchi of Salem, OR, and Danna (husband, Chuck) Watson of Salem, OR; three brothers, David (wife, Vicki) Kinnaman of Moonsville, Ed (wife, Deborah) Kinnaman of Noblesville, and Kirk (wife, Marla) Kinnaman of Gem; several nieces and nephews, including, Jim (wife, Mary) Kinnaman of Marietta, GA, April (husband, Mike) Ashley of Fishers, and Kyle Kinnaman of Cicero.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, John Kent Kinnaman.
Funeral service will be held at 1:30 pm Saturday at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel with Pastors Brad Brizendine and Joe Rodriguez officiating. Burial will follow in Gravel Lawn Cemetery, Fortville.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel.
