Debrah K. Milliner

Debrah K. Neel Milliner, 65, Lapel, passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2014, at Saint Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis following a brief illness. She was born on January 10, 1949, in Indianapolis, Indiana to Francis and Norma (Collins) Hiday. She graduated from Lapel High School in 1967. Debrah had been employed by O-I Brockway Glass in Lapel for 17 years. She attended the Life Community Church in Pendleton and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and her dog, Willow. She is survived by three children, Dennis (wife, Donil) Morin, Jr. of Frankton, Angela (husband, Scott) Brownfield of Lapel, and Bobby (wife, Becky) Neel of Anderson; six grandchildren, Branson Retherford, Ryan Brownfield, Kayley Retherford (Corey Sells), Austin Brownfield, Payton Morin (Dustin Robling), and Cody Morin; one great-grandson, Kooper Sells; one sister Asenith (husband, Kenny) Huffman of Lapel; one brother, Greg Hiday (Rhonda Johnson) of Lapel; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, James E. Hiday; and a special friend and fiance, Albert McConnell A funeral service will be held at 6:00 pm Monday, April 14, 2014, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel. Private family burial will be in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery at a later date. Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm Monday, April 14, 2014, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel. Memorial contributions may be made to Bennett Rehab in Anderson.
