Daleville- Deborah K. Hagan, 68, formerly of Pendleton, passed away November 8, 2018, following a brief illness. She was born April 23, 1950, in Anderson, the daughter of Hugh and Betty Mingle. She was a 1968 graduate of Pendleton Heights High School and lived most of her life in Pendleton.Deborah enjoyed being a homemaker and being with her family. She was a kind, loving, and generous woman with a great sense of humor, who would help anyone. She loved her horses and enjoyed riding and camping. She is survived by her husband, Phil Hagan, of Daleville; daughters, Brooke Castor and Stacy McCord, of Pendleton; grandchildren, Alice Castor, Taylor Castor, Analiese McCord, Tristan McCord and Luke McCord; a great grandchild, Joey “Jr” Strombeck; sisters, Jennifer Mabrey and Linda Burton. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Joseph Castor; brother, Doug Mingle, and a sister, Judy Geoffrey. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, at Wilson St. Pierre Lahm Chapel 211 E. State St. Pendleton with Rev. Claude Creel officiating. Burial will follow at Grovelawn Cemetery.Visitation will 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
