David 'Dough Boy' T. Hughes

David T. "Dough Boy" Hughes, 44, Anderson, passed away Monday, September 13, 2021, at Community Hospital of Anderson, following an extended illness.He was born October 3, 1976, in Anderson, Indiana to Thomas E. Hughes and Valerie B. (Auron) Hughes.David graduated from Madison Heights High School in Anderson.He worked security at the Ramada and the 59th St. Pub in Anderson.David loved to get together with friends and family. He loved the outdoors and cooking on his grill.He is survived by his children, Devon Hughes of Anderson, and Kameron Reed of Anderson; brother, Robert (Jina) Hughes of Bargersville; sister, Elissa (Willibaldo) Martinez of Anderson; grandson, Draven Faulkenberg; nieces and nephews; Marisa Hughes, Valentin Avina, Savannah Hughes, and Roxanne Hughes; and a great-niece, Aris Lucky.David was preceded in death by his parents.A memorial service will be held at 7:00 PM on Friday, September 17, 2021, at Hersberger-Bozell Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel, Indiana with Rev.
