David Craig Hersberger

David Craig Hersberger, 63, of Cicero, passed away Thursday, December 10, 2020, at Riverview Health in Noblesville.He was born on January 6, 1957, in Noblesville, Indiana to Kenneth Hersberger and Betty "Lou" (Amos) Hersberger.David graduated from Sheridan High School in 1975 and attended Indiana University, Bloomington for two years. He was a proud IU Hoosiers fan after attending IU.He retired when he was 52 years old from the United States Postal Service where he worked several years as a manager. He also enjoyed doing quite a bit of design work for different businesses around Hamilton County.David enjoyed retirement as he built his dream retirement home, his log cabin. He was also a Mason for 40 years.He is survived by one brother, Jeff Hersberger of Noblesville, one sister, Jan Riley, of Indianapolis, his significant other, Teresa Riegle of Cicero, one niece, Denni Riley, of Providence, Rhode Island, two nephews, Raymond Riley, of Washington D.C. and Jeffery Riley, of Indianapolis.David was preceded in death by his parents and his favorite pet, Scruffy the cat.Davids wishes were to be cremated and no formal services will be held at this time.In Lieu of Flowers, Memorial Contributions can be made to The Hamilton County Humane Society.Online condolences: www.hersbergerbozell.com
