Cory Dale Duncan

Cory Dale Duncan, 43, of Noblesville, passed away on Friday, September 23, 2022, due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
He was born on October 22, 1978, in Indianapolis, Indiana to Calvin Duncan and Lynn (Brinker) Carpenter.
Cory graduated from Union City High School and attended Indiana University.
He was currently employed at Total Wine and More in Noblesville. Cory previously worked at Lowes for many years and the Harris County Library in Texas.
Cory was involved with the Sons of the Legion and the Lapel Eagles. He was quite the family man. He loved his family very much. Cory never met a stranger; He loved to laugh and make everyone around him laugh. He strived to connect the family and bring them together. Cory always lived life to the fullest and made everything better than how he found it. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed nothing better than to have a nice campfire surrounded by those he loved.
Cory is survived by his mother, Lynn Carpenter, of Noblesville, fiance, Anne Neidinger, of Texas, one brother, Michael (Kathryn) Gilbert, of Wilkinson, one stepsister, Jamie (Eric) Meadors of McCordsville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews who were very special to him, and many friends who he made family.
He was preceded in death by his father, his stepfather, Spencer Carpenter, and stepsister, Jodi White.
Cremation will take place.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 23, 2022, 3:00 PM at Ford Street United Methodist Church, 925 North Ford Street, Lapel, Indiana 46051.
Visitation will be from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Sunday at the church.
