Corbin Joseph Stanley

Corbin Joseph Stanley, 18, Anderson, passed away on April 23, 2021. He was born on March 13, 2003 in Anderson to Joseph and Amanda (Allen) Stanley. Corbin attended Anderson High School. He enjoyed music, video games, adventuring, fishing and photography. He had a big heart and was the “Protector” of the family. Corbin was considered a “Miracle Child”. He was given a zero chance of survival at birth, but overcame tremendous odds. He is survived by his parents, Joseph and Amanda (Allen) Stanley of Anderson; sisters, Lydia (Austin) Church of Alabama, Lillian Stanley of Anderson; grandparents, Debbie and Randy Kilpatrick of Texas, James Lonnie Allen (companion, Jill Hudson) of Anderson, Dennis and Lisa Stanley of Anderson, Roberta and Steve Owens of Noblesville; aunts and uncles, Scot and Jennifer Finney, David and Becky Allender, Chad Kilpatrick; nephews, Jackson and Hudson Church; special aunt, Pam Baker; aunt, Kim (Duane) Reeves; cousins, Kanidis and Kenzie Shreve, Tyler Driffil, Brandon and Dawson Allender, Mariah Wyle, Kody and Ciara Riggins, Kyle Houdek; friends, Jevanta Miller, Jadeyn Laslay, Landon Hogge, Ethan Montsinger and many other uncles, aunts and cousins. Corbin was preceded in death by his aunt, Kandi (Dissy) Kilpatrick. Visitation will be on Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday at 2:00 pm at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory, 515 E. 53rd St., Anderson, IN 46013 with one hour of visitation prior to the service. Cremation will take place.
