Clifford A. Smith

Clifford A. Smith, 74, Anderson, passed away Saturday, September 16, 2006, at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis following an extended illness.
He was born on June 23, 1932, in Anderson, Indiana to Wyatt and Mabel (Kuhns) Smith.
He was a Anderson High School graduate and he served in the Korean War in the U. S. Navy.
He retired in 1997 from Delco Remy division of General Motors after 47 years of employment.
He is survived by a daughter, Rhesa (husband, John) Mickler of Carmel; two sons, John (wife, Cindy) Smith of Anderson, and Jeffrey (wife, Char) Smith of Olympia, WA; a brother, John (wife, Frances) Smith of LaPuenta, CA; and five grandchildren, Lindsay Smith, Brittney Smith, Tony Brown, Mackie Smith, and Taylor Smith.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Miyuki "Miki"; his parents; and a brother, Wyatt Smith, Jr.
Services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel with Rev. Neal Brown officiating. Burial will be at the Brookside Cemetery in Lapel.
Friends may call from 9:00 AM until the time of the service Wednesday at the Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel.
